Professional Background

Prior to joining Simon-Kucher & Partners, Darren Braham, Esq., was Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Locust Walk, where he assisted with all legal and compliance issues for a global life science transaction and consulting firm. Prior to joining Locust Walk, Braham was Senior Counsel at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), working on a broad range of issues for a global management consulting company operating in 90+ countries. Braham was also Chief Compliance Officer for BCG’s private investment funds. Previously, he was General Counsel at Spartan Race, an obstacle course racing company and lifestyle brand operating globally. Before going in-house, Braham worked in the corporate groups of Ropes & Gray and Prince Lobel in the Boston area. Braham is originally from the U.K. and gained experience practicing law in England before moving to the U.S.
